It depends on the item type:

• Ready to Ship (In Stock): 7-12 business days (US delivery).
• Made to Order: 4-6 weeks production + shipping time.
• Custom Design: 6-8 weeks production + shipping time.

We do our best to meet these estimates, and we highly recommend using Express Delivery if your event is approaching soon.

No import duties for US & EU customers! We ship these orders directly via our local hubs in Pembroke Park, FL (USA) and Wroclaw (Poland).

For other countries outside the USA and EU, local customs and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Our dresses are available in standard US sizes from 4 to 12.

We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. If you are unsure about your size, you can always contact our support team for professional assistance.

A Custom-size gown is tailored precisely to your measurements. If you are between sizes, we strongly recommend the Custom Size option to ensure a better fit.

Please note: Even with custom sizing, anticipate needing minor local alterations before your wedding to achieve that absolute perfect fit, which is standard practice for bridal wear.

We recommend purchasing a made-to-order dress approximately 3-4 months before your wedding.

If you need your dress urgently, we have a selection of "Ready to Ship" dresses. You can also select the Express Delivery option at checkout. Feel free to contact us to confirm if we can expedite your specific order.

Most of our dresses can be customized! (e.g., changing the neckline, adding sleeves, altering the train). Simply add a note with your specific requirements at checkout.

Our design team will review your request and follow up with you to confirm the details before production begins.

Standard-size dresses (without custom modifications) can be returned within 14 days of delivery. For your convenience, US returns go to our Florida hub, and EU returns go to our Poland hub.

A restocking fee of $50 applies to all returns to cover logistic and inspection costs. Please review our full Return Policy for details.

Gowns made to your individual measurements or customized with personal design changes are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are exclusively created for you and cannot be restocked.
