Product Return Policy in UNONA Online Store
While planning a wedding can be stressful, ordering your dream dress shouldn’t be.
We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If for any reason your standard-size dress doesn't meet your expectations, we have a transparent return policy. Please contact us if you need help determining your perfect size before ordering.
Returns
Standard-size dresses (US sizes 4 - 12) ordered without any custom modifications may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a refund, your item must be:
- In brand-new, unused condition
- Free from signs of wear (makeup, deodorant, stains, odors)
- Free from alterations or visible damage
- Sent back in original packaging (including the silk pouch)
Return Locations & Fees
For your convenience, we process returns at our local hubs: Florida, USA (for US customers) and Wroclaw, Poland (for EU customers). Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Order Cancellations
You can easily cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours after payment.
Because all our gowns are made-to-order, if you decide to cancel a dress after this 24 hours window (when fabrics are cut and production has begun), an administrative deduction of 30% of the item price will be retained to cover production costs.
Multiple Orders (No "Buy-to-Try")
As a sustainable made-to-order brand, every dress is crafted with care specifically for you. Therefore, we cannot support a "buy-to-try" behavior (ordering multiple dresses to keep only one).
If you choose to order multiple dresses and return some of them, a restocking fee of $50 will be deducted from your refund for EACH dress that is returned.
Custom & Made-to-Measure Gowns
Items created to your specific measurements or customized according to your individual design references are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they cannot be restocked.
