This store is integrated with the Western Bid™ e-commerce platform, and Western Bid, Inc. (Florida, USA) is the Merchant of Record for all purchases made in this store. By placing an order on Unona-shop.com, you agree to these terms and conditions. The physical production and design of the gowns are carried out by UNONA Design Studio in Kyiv, Ukraine.
1. Orders and Conclusion of the Contract
The Customer may place an order via the Website, by email, or by phone, providing accurate contact details necessary for processing and fulfilment. An order is considered accepted and the contract concluded once it has been confirmed by the Seller, including by electronic confirmation (such as an email or message from the Online Store).
2. Prices, Payment, and Delivery
Prices are indicated in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified on the Website. Payment is made in accordance with the methods and conditions set out on Unona-shop.com. Delivery is carried out according to the tariffs and conditions of the selected delivery service. Upon receipt, the Customer must check the condition, quality, and completeness of the goods. Ownership of the goods passes to the Customer at the moment the goods are handed over by the carrier or Seller.
3. Returns
Goods of appropriate quality may be returned within 14 days, provided they have not been used, retain their original condition, all tags, and original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer. Goods made to individual/ custom order (including made-to-measure or customised items) are non-returnable and non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the amount reimbursed will be reduced by 1.5% due to the terms and fees of the payment system.
4. Personal Data
By placing an order, the Customer consents to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of order processing, delivery, and customer support. The Seller ensures the confidentiality of personal data but may transfer such data to third parties (for example, delivery services, payment providers, hosting and support services) to the extent necessary to fulfil the order.
5. Liability and Dispute Resolution
The Parties are liable in accordance with applicable legislation. The Parties are not liable for failure to perform obligations caused by force majeure circumstances (such as war, natural disasters, interruptions in transport, or restrictions imposed by authorities). Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through negotiations, and if no agreement is reached, they may be submitted to the competent court in accordance with the applicable law.
