The package arrived on time and wrapped very pretty. The dress is BEAUTIFUL heavy material which makes it drape really beautifully off the body. Returned because it didn’t quite suite my standards for modesty around the neckline and back, but I did ask the shop owner about potential customizations. I will update this review with more detail on customer service and communication, but so far has been very pleasant.

PERFECT dress and amazing quality. This was perfect for my intimate ceremony, everyone loved my dress. I wish I had more occasions to wear this! It was stunning and since I was between sizes mine was custom made. Fast shipping and excellent customer service. I was nervous to order a dress online but I’m so glad I did :)

I was absolutely BEYOND impressed with this dress!! It truly exceeded my expectations. And the seller was awesome with letting me know what was happening every step of the way, I didn’t even have to ask for shipping updates because she told me exactly how long it would take to ship, when it was sent and even followed up after it was delivered to check if it was okay. The dress looks exactly like what is shown in the pictures and it has a luxury, heavy feel to it. I feel like a princess in this dress and couldn’t be happier xx

This dress is stunning, just as in the pictures and videos, as well as other's reviews. The material feels very high quality and the three layer skirt has excellent movement when you're wearing it. I won't post a picture yet, but I can't wait to wear this at my wedding. For my peace of mind I got myself measured professionally at a local seamstress and sent the seller my measurements, so I don't know how easy it is to take your own, but can't fault the service overall. I changed the back zip to functional buttons, which I think adds something really nice to the back. Requesting this was super easy, I just had to add the customisation fee to my basket after messaging the seller.

I love my dress! I used my custom measurements and the seller was very helpful with this and ensured I measured myself accurately. Communication was great, and the dress is very high quality and is perfect!

Love it! Classy and beautiful. Perfect reception dress. Modest but a little flair ;). I have a petite frame and full bust. Recommend getting a petticoat online for some poof. I had the absolute best experience! I needed the suit within 3 weeks, and as soon as I submitted the order, the shop reached out to make sure they had my exact measurements, my shoe height, etc. to make sure everything would be perfect and they could get started making any alterations right away. They were so communicative with updates, took pictures throughout the hemming process, and got everything shipped out ASAP. And the outfit was BEAUTIFUL - exactly what I wanted! Truly grateful for the whole experience, start to end.
