Absolutely amazing dress and service! I wrote in to ask for a different colour before ordering. They didn’t have the colour in stock but they made all the efforts to source it. I received thorough communication through the whole process- pictures of the dress before it was sent. From start to finish this seller was just great, easy to reach, super friendly and knowledgeable. The dress that arrived is beautiful! My absolute dream dress 😍 It fits like a glove! I am blown away by how incredible my experience was! The dress is so gorgeous and much higher quality than I ever expected! Ignore the wrinkles in the photo, I tried it on right out of the box lol. I was nervous that it would be too short since I am 6 feet, but the woman who I messaged with was so sweet and helped with my nerves. I got a message every step of the way and she was extremely helpful- I even got a picture of my dress before it shipped! I ordered the dress June 25th, it shipped July 21st, and was delivered in Pennsylvania July 27th. I will definitely order from this shop again!

This dress is stunning. I bought it for my daughter's debutante ball and Unona was so communicative while I worked with them on the details. They sent me satin samples so I could be sure the color and weight was what I was expecting. Their timeline was accurate and when the dress came, it fit perfectly. I highly recommend this dress maker for a beautiful, high quality gown. I will use them again in the future without hesitation. Just beautiful!

I originally was a bit hesitant to order my wedding dress online. However, the dress I chose was almost exactly what I was looking for at a very reasonable price compared to other dresses I had tried on in person. The customer service was unbelievably good. All my questions were answered very promptly, communication was never an issue and all my customization were incorporated without a large difference in price. The dress was packaged nicely and arrived without any issues. The quality of the dress was impeccable. I was concerned the dress would feel cheap however it definitely doesn’t. I was blown away by the overall process and would definitely recommend to those considering ordering from this store. I am so excited to wear my dress this summer!
