Great customer service, great response times, and attention to detail.

The seller was so helpful and answered all my questions promptly. Their instructions on measurement was super clear which means my dress fits me perfectly. The dress itself is perfect for me, the dress is 3xactly as pictured and arrived beautiful packaged. I was super impressed. Can't wait to wear this and dance the night away at my wedding reception.

At thr beginning I was worried that it would not arrive in time - which, in hindsight was unnecessary, as it arrived well before the estimated date of deliverance. The quality is truly outstanding, and it fits amazingly (I’ve bought the custom size), something which I’m usually having trouble with. Unona was extremely forthcoming and helpful when I was having troubles with taking the measurements, and she informed me about every step during the deliverance. I would definitely shop here again!!

The dress is gorgeous and fits me perfectly - the price is insanely good compared to other wedding gowns. We couldn’t track the shipping between countries but that’s to do with Canada Post, NOT the seller. I’m so so happy and would definitely recommend this store to other brides.

Ich bin sehr glücklich mit dem Kleid! Es ist, wie ich es mir vorgestellt habe, meine Erwartungen wurden sogar übertroffen. Der Stoff fühlt sich sehr hochwertig an. Der Rock besteht aus 3 Lagen und fällt sehr schön. Der Kundenservice is wunderbar, ich wurde gefragt ob ich hohe Schuhe trage oder nicht und das Kleid wurde sogar in der Länge auf mich abgestimmt. Ganz klare Empfehlung!🥰
